This is a Third Wednesday HBSAO social gathering
not
to be missed!
|
Our special guests are two of Oregon's most highly respected community leaders, corporate executives, and non-profit
innovators. Both are lifelong fighters in the
war to save
Portland’s at-risk children from failure, crime, and a multi-generation
cycle
of poverty.
Their visit is a landmark event
for the Club.
Duncan and Ken are, respectively, the founder and the chairman-elect of
FRIENDS OF THE CHILDREN (FOTC.) In late
2009, FOTC
became the first consulting client in the club’s new COMMUNITY PARTNERS program. The project was
concluded last
week, and was celebrated as a success beyond expectations.
Members who have asked about
future Community
Partners projects have a rare opportunity to hear from two client executives how an HBSAO team
project worked for
them and how the results of the project will be used to accelerate their growth and impact in
Portland.
Join us in conversation with Ken
and Duncan this
Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
