Eric Pozzo is manager of the Oregon Angel Fund, an early stage investment fund focused on generating exceptional returns by harnessing a disciplined, collaborative investment approach. 
Eric has been a thought leader and activist in the Oregon entrepreneurial community centered in the Portland metro area for many years.  Eric came to Oregon in 1980 to work for Intel.  In 1982 he left Itntel to become founder-president of Microcosm, Inc., a pioneering PC-based instrumentation company.  He has served in senior management positions with a number of start-ups, most recently as CFO/COO of CSI Digital (wholesale IPTV services) and VP - Operations of First Silicon Solutions, Inc. (FS2), an instrumentation company he helped found in 1998 that was acquired by publicly-held MIPS in 2005.
An avid birdwatcher,  he currently manages the US finances of one of the world's largest bird tour operators, www.rockjumper.co.za headquartered in South Africa.  Eric also serves on the Board of Keen Mobility, was Chair of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network in 2008, and works with HBSAO director and events chair, Jon Down, an advisor and student mentor for the University of Portland's Center for Entrepreneurship.  He received his ScB in Biology from Brown University in 1975 and an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business in 1980.
