With the HBS Clubs Team, moderator Bruce Marcus initiates the conference call from each Professor’s office. The informal nature of the call and the selection of the topic ahead of time, enable the Professor to speak off-the-cuff in his or her area of expertise. At the same time, all participants will have their phones muted, enabling them to relax and stay focused or multi-task.
